91 Days of Bathmate: Day 16 (NSFW)

Today, we got in another Bathmate Session. It was a little rough as with the first pump, my balls got sucked into the chamber–which hurts–but overall, I hit around my usually length marker at the end of the 15 minutes.

Overall, a good pumping session as we can see in the picture below.

I also got in 7.5 hours with the SizeGenetics extender. So I am really starting to rack up the hours with this thing. I’ll be very interested in seeing my results at the end of the long road of 2000+ hours. Though, it will be some time before I get there.
 
The last thing I want to comment on is that I did tomorrows workout, today, as I have to wake early tomorrow as I have drive 2 hours for work related reasons. The workout was intense though, and I left the gym shaking due to the intensity I put my body under. For anyone wanting to know what exactly I did, here was today’s workout.
 
3 sets of squats
3 sets of shoulder shrugs
3 sets of butterflies
3 sets of shoulder presses
3 sets of cable wire pulldowns

Today's Thoughts: A Perfect Day?

I try to keep my daily activities few and simple. The reason being is that if you repeat the same action over a long enough period of time, you will see results–though some action yield better results than others.

The actions I’m trying to repeat each day are:

1. Stick to diet (Fibrous Vegetables and meat)

2. Workout (Either in the Gym or with the Bathmate)

3. Release 1 video

All other activities are secondary (even upgrading this blog) and would be sacrificed for a day if it meant accomplishing one of the three above. If I can stick to the diet, I’ll get 6-pack lean. If I keep working out, I’ll gain muscles and a monstrous cock. If I make a video a day, one day I might convince someone to buy a Bathmate or a SizeGenetics extender through one of my affiliated links.

Today, I did all the above: building the dream, one action at a time.
