Today was a gym day, meaning I didn’t have a Bathmate session. However, the gym session was excellent as a I did another full body workout with an added exercise to focus a little on my bi-ceps.

Today's Thoughts: Patrick Lencioni's The Motive Part 2
As I continue my journey into understanding leadership, I continue to ready The Motive, a story about two CEOs, one good at his job and the other not.
So in these next three chapters, I noticed a few more things about our two characters.
The Bad CEO is petty, complains a lot, and blames external factors (like the market place) for his current struggles. None of these behaviors provide anything of value except that they make us feel ‘better’ about ourselves.
The Good CEO carries a notebook. This is an important note because I do this as well. I think a notebook is superior to a phone in terms of taking notes and jotting ideas down in a hurry, and I guess the author thinks the same thing.
Wouldn’t mind seeing your physique progression (full frontals).
When I hit 208 (5 lbs down), I’ll take some progress pictures.
Lovely. Before and after always good to track progress. Full frontal if you dare!
