91 Days of Bathmate: Day 28 (NSFW)

Well, after a few days fatigued, I’m back with another excellent Bathmate session. I wasn’t sure if I would be 100% today, but I was, and I was able to hit my usual mark, as we can see from the pictures down below.

Today's Thoughts: Sticking to a Schedule

It’s true: sticking to a schedule and doing the same few simple, but powerful, actions per day, over a long period of time, really does lead to success.

What are my goals:

1. Get my weight to 195 lbs

2. Build out P.E. Tips.

What are my daily actions

1. Stick to the diet

2. Gym or Bathmate

3. 1 video + 2 hours on work on P.E tips.

What is my schedules?

Sunday: Bathmate

Monday: Gym

Tuesday Bathmate:

Wednesday: Gym

Thursday: Bathmate

Friday: Gym

Saturday: Salsa Dancing (one night of fun).
