Two things:
1. I finished off the week strong with another full body workout. I’ve been spending a lot of time mastering the deadlift and I can say that I feel the difference between the deadlifts I ‘was’ doing before, and the quality of deadlifts I am now doing. My back muscles (not my spine) hurt, in a good way. Doing 6-months of these will no doubt give me a chisel back.
2. I hit weight of 207.8 lbs. This week, I’ve been trying to eat the same breakfast and lunch everyday, and the weight drop proves that it is working. The reason I chose to skip dinner instead of breakfast is because I sleep so much better on an empty stomach. The difference is unreal for me.
I’ll post a new body pic of myself once I hit below 205lbs! (Hopefully in 2-3 weeks.)
Today's Thoughts: Building Wealth 2023
In one of my P.E.Tips, I suggested that people start saving cash and silver to help battle the raging inflation dragon that terrorizing America at the moment.
As a man who attempts to live by the advice I give, I came up with the modest goal of saving $5000.00 in cash, and get 40 oz in silver.
As of this post I have collected:
1. $1850.00 in savings.
2. 4 oz in silver.
I’m hoping by the end of July (work willing), I’ll have saved $5000.00. After I accomplish these two goals, I’ll be funneling the rest of my money into a self-directed Roth IRA.

It would be helpful to see some of the use in video form. I tend to not get great suction from the device and not sure why.
