I’m back with another excellent pump. I’m still not exceeding my usual chamber length, but maybe in another month I will be. Anyways, here are some pictures.
I also took an erection picture, post-pump. Looking back, I should have taken a pre-pump erection picture. Maybe during my next pumping session I will. In any case here is the picture.
A few more minor things: first, I wore the size genetic extender for 5 hours today. I’m not sure why, but some days I can wear the extender for 7+ hours no problem. On other days, I struggle to wear it for just 4 hours. I think it might be the way I am strapping myself into the extender, and I will be playing with this in order to reduce the agitation that is causing me to call it quits after 4 hours.
Second, My weight is now at 210 lbs (on the nose). This is great going into the Holiday Weekend (Easter), as I’ll be having a few family meals not diet approved :D. In any case, over the next month I want to push for the 205 lbs mark. It would be awesome if I was 205 lbs or lower by Memorial Day Weekend.
Today's Thought: The Motive by Patrick Lencioni
In a past post, I talked about how Alex Hormozi is one of three men whose behaviors, thinking, and actions I’d like to incorporate into my own being. He has a list of 13 books that he reads yearly, and I decided to purchase and read one of these books: The Motive by Patrick Lencioni.
I’ve only read the Introduction to the book, so far, but already it gave a powerful insight. I’m going to paraphrase it a tad, but here it is:
“Bad leaders focus their time and energy based on what they are going to get; Good leaders focus their time and energy on what they need to give to the people they’re suppose to be leading.”
–
I’ve always found myself in leadership positions in my life (usually they get defaulted to me), so learning about good leadership qualities is activity I think would be good for me. The above quote leads to a question I should be asking about the people who choose to follow me: “What type of support do I need to offer my followers?”
I’m certain seeking out that answer will yield me great results in life.
