I celebrated Easter morning with a good old fashion Bathmate session. I took some pictures of my pre-mate erection.
Here is a picture of where I ended the Bathmate session at. I am just a ‘little’ bit longer than I was on the previous day in terms of how long my penis stretched inside the bathmate chamber.
And last here is a picture of the post-bathmate session. Sadly, I don’t think the picture captured how the Batemate adds to my girth in its erect state. It is more pronounced in the flaccid state.
In other news, I got another five hours with the extender. Slowly, I’m racking up those numbers. (That would be a great stat to add to my personal stats).
Reading Patrick Lencioni's The Motive: Part 1
So, I read the first 3 chapters of Patrick Lencioni’s The Motive. Here are some things I’ve noticed.
1. The bad leader cares more about his personal advancement than the company’s.
2. The Bad leader judges people purely on optics. Example: He works for my competition so he must be a douche bag.
3. The bad leader doesn’t want to be humbled because he thinks it makes him look weak.
4. The good leader praises people’s accomplishments. (Even his competitors.)
5. The good leader remembers people’s names (even the minor people.)
6. The good leader attempts to build a relationship with a competitor through a common goal they have.
7. The good leader refers helpful people even to his competitor.
8. The good leader has humility (which is not the act of lowering yourself, but raising others up.)

These are some of the ideas and themes I’ve noticed in just the first three chapters. Again, that is a lot of behaviors to incorporate into my own, but anything worth doing takes work.
Your penis glans have the most wonderful shape. In UK we often use the nick name ‘bellend’ for the glans. Yours demonstrates exactly why.
