New P.E. Routine

Back from the grave!

I apologize for the lack of post. This year as been very crazy for me, but I’m back with a new P.E. Routine.

The Routine goes like this:

1. 5 Minute Warmup

2. 50 x scrotum stretches

3. 50 Jelqs

4. 5 minutes of Bathmate

5. Repeat steps 2-4 two more times for a total of 15 minutes of Bathmate

6. Put a cock ring on for 1 hour to keep the blood trapped inside the penis.

These last two pictures are an hour after the Bathmate session. You can see some water retention.
