A Brief Introduction to Male Enhancement

What is Male Enhancement?
Male enhancement is the act of doing penis exercises (P.E). Men perform these exercises for a number of reasons. These reasons include:
- Increasing your erect length.
- Increasing your erect girth.
- Gaining sexual stamina.
- Increasing your flaccid length.
- Increasing your flaccid girth.
- Treating Peyronie’s disease.
- Reducing Turkey Neck.
- Developing better blood flow to the penis.
All the above, and more, fall into the category of male enhancement. In this article, I’ll be introducing you to different tactics and strategies done by the male enhancement community.

Articles of Faith
The act of doing male enhancement is one of faith. Many medical professionals will tell you that it is impossible to increase the size of your penis. Some will even tell you that attempting to do so is dangerous. However, for me, performing male enhancement is akin to a religious ceremony. Having a big dick is awesome, but I do this because it is the ritual of my people. No one comes from the Good Looking Loser community not having had tried this stuff. I write about this because it is one of the cornerstones of our community. This knowledge should not be lost.
Motivation
What motivates men to do this?
For some men, it is a way to overcome sexual anxiety. I am one of these people. When I was in my late teens and early twenties, I was overweight and had a small penis. I was a little under 5 inches. The idea of showing myself to a girl was overwhelming. After all, who would want me? This anxiety is what led me to look into if it was possible to grow your penis. This rabbit hole eventually led me to Good Looking Loser where I learned most of my male enhancement information.
The other type of motivation is having a big penis for the sake of having it. It has less to do with the girl and more to do with a guy’s ego. They want it simply because they want it. No justification is needed. This is a better motivation in my opinion. Over the years I’ve been trying to do less ‘justification’ and more “If I want it, I want it” thinking.
In the end, whatever your reasons, let me give you some beginner tips.
Safety tips!
There are three safety tips that I’d like to suggest. The first is to take 5 minutes to warm up; I do this by inserting myself into a bottle filled with warm water. It is believed that warming up makes the tissues in the penis more elastic; hence, your penis is less prone to injury.
The second safety tip is to always check yourself the day after doing a male enhancement workout. A lot of injuries could be avoided by paying attention. If my penis looks a little bruised or feels a little soar on a day I wanted to do a male enhancement session, I skip the day and take a few extra rest days.
The third safety tip is to neither be intoxicated while doing male enhancement or fall asleep with a device on. You need to be fully engaged while doing this stuff. Doing any activity intoxicated or exhausted can result in injury, not just this.
Rule # 1: Hit the Fucking Gym!
I would be doing you a great disservice if I didn’t address this first. Some of you need to lose weight. Not 10-20 lbs, but 30-40+. The biggest hindrance to a lot of men’s penis size is their weight. With excess weight, the fat pad in the groin will had inches of your penis. Also, blood flow is diminished when you are obese.
Story time: during covid, I was around 280 lbs, and I had the saddest looking erection. It was barely 4 inches. Also, my penis looked inverted due to the amount of fat in my groin area. It was difficult pissing without soiling myself. Truly, a low point in my body image. After covid, I lost around 50 lbs. My erection quality improved. It was like I gained 3 inches just from losing weight. It was at this moment I fully understood how weight affects penis size. It is not that losing weight ‘grows’ the penis. It is that losing weight removes fat in your groin area which might be hiding your penis. It also helps improve blood flow, which is important for erection quality.
Here are five beginner tactics to get you losing weight today!
1. Lift weights at least 3 times a week. I’m not going to present a workout routine in this article, but put these three exercises into your routine: bench press, barbell squats, and deadlifts. Build your program about these three exercises.
2. Fill your days with something fun and physical. On top of lifting weights, I swim 4 times a week, go salsa dancing every Saturday, and I go got an hour walk with my dog 2-3 times a week. However, I do these activities for fun, not exercise. That is why they are the perfect calorie burners. Go get an active hobby (not World of Warcraft).
3. Get 8 hours of sleep per night. Your body converts fat into energy as you sleep. Your body also builds muscles as you sleep. Don’t short your sleep or you will short the time you give your body to change.
4. Just drink water. No pop. No juice. No alcohol. Just water. How much water? Here is the basic formula: Your weight divided by 2 = how many ounces. So If you were 200 lbs, 200/2 = 100 ounces (6 bottles worth).
5. Just eat meat. How much meat? Whatever your target goal is, 1 gram per lbs. So if you want to be 200 lbs, you need to eat 200 grams of protein per day. This will take the most work to achieve.
These five tips will help you start shedding weight, today. Once you lose 80% of the fat you need to, you might need to add more advanced tactics such as calorie counting, carb cycling, etc. But give the above advice a try for three months and see what happens.
Manual exercises
There are four basic manual exercises that are performed. They are Scrotum stretching, manual stretching of the shaft, jelqing, and kegels. I’ll give a brief description of each.
Scrotum stretching is where you stretch your ball sack. You do this by holding your penis upward with one hand while you pull and stretch your ball sack downward with the other hand. You hold the stretch for three seconds before you release the tension. The purpose of this exercise is to stretch out the skin between the ball sack and the shaft. This reduces the appearance of a turkey neck (excess penis skin.) Apply vaseline to your hands and balls before doing this exercise.
Manual stretching of the shaft is where you pull your penis outward, in various directions, and hold it for 30 seconds. The purpose of this exercise is to promote length gain. This was the first exercise I learned in my starting days. It is a great exercise if you are going to follow it up by putting on the Size Genetic Extender.
Jelqing is where you milk blood into your penis. The purpose of this exercise is to promote girth gains. This, along with manual stretching, were the first exercises that I learned. This is a great exercise to use in combination with the Bathmate. Apply vaseline to your hands and penis before doing this exercise. Also, you should kegel while you jelq which brings us to our last exercise.
Kegels—this might be the most important exercise to learn. Kegeling is easy. You clench the muscle that stops you from urinating mid-stream. Clench that muscle and hold it for a second. That is a kegel. Once you get great at kegels you can force blood into your penis. You will use this exercise by itself, while you jelq, and while you are inside the Bathmate.
Most people entering into the Male Enhancement space start off by learning these four exercises. While this might not be the approach I recommend, it is not a bad place to start.
Penis Pills
These are a waste of fucking money. If there were pills that gave you a bigger penis, they would be in every store in America. Now there are pills such as Viagra that treat E.D. which some male enhancers add to their routine, but there are no pills that grow the penis. The ‘best’ these pills would do is improve blood flow. Save your money and don’t buy these.
The Bathmate
This device is the core of my male enhancement approach. The Bathmate is a water-base penis pump. It kicks fucking ass. I have a lot of pictures on the website of my before and after Bathmate usage. The device is honestly a life changer. Do ne session with the Bathmate and you will fall in love with it. Often, I get asked which model people should buy. Telling your partner about Male Enhancement
If you have a partner and you are using the Bathmate, they are going to know that something is up. My advice would be to be honest with them. Let’s forget that the Bathmate is used by a lot of men for male enhancement. The Bathmate, outside that context, is a great sex toy. You can do it in front of your partner as a show. But how to tell her?
The first time I told a girl about the Bathmate, I was a little nervous. We were drunk, kissing each other in my truck, and I told her I had a secret. I explained that I like using a Water-base penis pump. I told her that it got me huge. I then asked her if she wanted to see. To my surprise she said yes, with a grin.

The Size Genetic Extender
The size genetic extender is an O.G. of the male enhancement community. It is a traction device that attaches to the shaft of the penis. The traction bars on it keep the penis in a stretched position. This is a great device to follow up with after doing manual stretches. This device also has a few studies backing it up.
There are a few issues, however. First, it is not comfortable to wear. Nor is it practical to wear during the day if you have a labor intense job. The other issue is that you need to wear it at least 4-hours a day for months on end. For most men, you will have a love-hate relationship with the extender if you choose to use it.
Edging with the Fleshlight
One of the less talked about parts of Male Enhancement is edging. Edging is the act of masturbating with the goal of not climaxing. Its purpose is to increase your sexual stamina. One of the best aids for this is the Fleshlight. While Fleshlight makes a Stamina Training Unit for edging, some men might find this too intense. I would actually suggest the original Fleshlight sleeve to start off with.
The golden goal for edging with the Fleshlight is 5000 strokes. It is a lot. I find myself aching for release at 2000 strokes. If you are going to pursue this goal, I would suggest you purchase the heavy duty mounting bracket. It makes the experience better. As for lube, Water is the standard lube, but my personal favorite is the hybrid lube. Give it a try.
Masturbation Warning!
I’d like to give you a warning that people will often cite in the male enhancement community. The warning is this. With the exception of edging, you shouldn’t masturbate 6 hours before or 6 hours after your male enhancement session. It is believed that masturbating will affect your gains because of the hormone released. I have never seen any ‘science’ to back this claim up, but I feel that you should at least be aware of this. I believe that even the Bathmate recommends you don’t use it if you’ve climaxed 6 hours prior. I wouldn’t masturbate even before an edging session because you’ve already tired yourself out.
O.J. Light’s Basic Bitch P.E. Routine
The following routine is what I would suggest for a newbie male enhancement routine. In fact, I’m confident in saying that you could just do this routine for the rest of your life and get good results. You’ll need the following two items: Vaseline & a Bathmate. Here is the routine.
1. Warm up for 5 minutes.
2. Do 50 scrotum stretches.
3. Use the Bathmate for 5 minutes. Kegel while the Bathmate is vacuumed onto you.
4. Repeat steps 2-3 two more times for a total of 15 minutes worth of Bathmate time.
This is the foundations for everything I do. Everything else is just an add-on to the above.
Does any of this really matter?
Is this worth pursing? Do women even care? Should you even care? As my mentor Good Looking Loser once said, “If you care, you care.”
As I stated in the opening, male enhancement is almost a religious ritual for me. I do it now more because it is the practice of my people. But I have gained. With a 100% erection I am around 7”. I no longer care about my penis size. Anything new I gain is just frosting on the cake for me. You will have decide for yourself if this is worth pursing. But I have no regret having done any of this in the past.
