Introduction

I’ve been getting asked a lot about the edging program. For those who don’t know what that is: edging is where you masturbate the point of climax then stop. The objective is to increase your sexual stamina. For men who climax easily, this can be an important goal. The golden goal is to do 5000 strokes in a single hour, which is a lot. If you pounded a girl for an hour straight—no breaks– she’d hate you.

There have been two hesitations that have been stopping me from working on this program. I’d like to express both.

1. Edging with a Fleshlight is not a substitution for sex. Sometimes, I believe that doing this program, or, in some people’s cases, watching others do something like this is used as a substitution for sex. You are on the wrong site if that is you. This program is to help you improve the quality of your sex life. It is not meant to be a substitution for it.


2.One of my GLL brothers use to post videos of him tagging girls. He only kept them up for a few months at a time. When asked why, he said, “I hate the idea of other guys masturbating to me fucking instead of fucking girls themselves.”

His comments always stuck with me. Any videos, pictures, or logs I post are not meant to be for sexual entertainment. Again, if that is what you are after, you are on the wrong site.

The Intensity of your edging

How long it take you to get to 5000 strokes depends on the intensity of the edging. There are things you can do add intensity or to lessen it. I am going to go through 10 things you can do change the intensity of the program.

1. Tightness

The tightness of your Fleshlight will determine the intensity of your program. The Stamina Training Unit is the standard Fleshlight for this. You can always gets an Ultra Tight Fleshlight as well if you want more intensity. I will say that I climax a lot quicker with the Ultra Tight model.

2. Program

Once you’ve selected a Fleshlight, you will need to determine your program. Let me give you three different program you can use.

Newbie Program
100 strokes
10 second break
75 strokes
10 second break
50 strokes
10 second break
50 strokes
10 second break
25 strokes
30 second break
Repeat until you hit 5000

Novice Program
100 strokes
10 second break
100 strokes
10 second break
100 strokes
10 second break
100 strokes
10 second break
100 strokes
30 second break
Repeat until you hit 5000

Intermediate Program
250 strokes
10 second break
250 strokes
10 second break
250 strokes
10 second break
250 strokes
30 second break
Repeat until you hit 5000

Advanced Program
500 strokes
10 second break
500 strokes
30 second break
Repeat until you hit 5000

Master Program
500 strokes
10 second break
Repeat until you hit 5000

These are just some programs I came up with, but you can create one yourself. The main thing to keep in mind is how many strokes between breaks and how long will the break last? The more often the breaks and the longer they last, the less intensity your program will have.

3. Tempo

Tempo is the next thing you have to figure out. The quicker the strokes the more intense the session will become. You can stroke every stroke slow. You can stroke every stroke quickly. Or, you can alternate. An example would be 100 slow strokes followed by 100 quick strokes.

4. Days per week

The more often you do something the less intense it becomes. A person who edges once a week will have a more intense session vs. Someone who edges everyday. I recommend you only edge 3-5 times a week. This seems like a good middle road.

5. Strike outs

Strike outs are how many times you allow yourself to stop in order to prevent climax. Example, lets so you are going for 250 continuous strokes, but at 166 you realize that in a stroke or two you will blow. A strike out is where you stop for 1 minute, then continue on. I allow myself to break stop like this twice during a session. If I hit a point like this for the third time, I just climax. You can add more strike outs or less. I wouldn’t go more than 6. The reason is that you are training to have better sexual experiences. You won’t always have control over the girl during a real life encounter so you might not get any strike outs with her.

6. Condoms

This was a suggestion given to me by my mentor, Good Looking Loser. This might seem silly for a Fleshlight Edging program, but it really does work. If you find yourself reaching the point-of-no-return too quickly, consider wearing a condom.

7. Porn

Watching porn adds visual and audio elements to the edging session which can increase intensity. My hesitation for giving this suggestion is that a lot of men have a porn addiction. So a couple things. First, if you can’t go without porn for 15 days, you have an addiction so don’t do this. Second, if you struggle getting an erection without porn, you have addiction. Don’t do this. Third, even if you don’t have an addiction, I would still suggest that you don’t do all of your sessions with porn. Let’s say you do four sessions a week, do 2 of them with porn and 2 of them without. Or you could do none of them with porn. That is 100% fine as well.

8. Post-Bathmate sessions

Doing a 15-minute Bathmate session before edging makes the experience intense. This is fun but not ideal for edging, at least for beginners. Also, Growth and sexual stamina are two separate goals. Climaxing can affect gains, so if you do this, don’t assume you will be growing your cock and increasing your stamina at the same time. I personally do my Bathmate sessions and edging sessions on opposite days. But if you want to add a layer of intensity, this would do it.

9. Cock-Rings

A good cock ring will add a lot to the intensity level. I’ve done some sessions having used both the bathmate and a cock ring and I can say the orgasm is intense. Cock rings, however, can take some practice getting on and off. In the future I will have a post on Cock Rings.

10. Stroking yourself vs. Someone else stroking you

The most intense experience with the fleshlight is when someone else is stroking you with it. The reason is because your brain has no idea about or control over the tempo and when the strokes will occur. This is likely the hardest suggestion to implement unless you have a partner who is supportive of your progress. For those couples, This can be a fun and intimate experience.

Conclusion

I want to conclude with what I am currently doing in order to get my sexual stamina up. My personal program is as followed:

1. I use a regular Training Stamina Unit.
2. I do the novice program that I listed.
3. The do an alternating tempo as followed: 100 slow/100 quick/100 slow/100 quick/100 slow/repeat.
4. I do the program three times a week.
5. I have 2 strike outs/pauses I can use.
6. I do use a condom.
7. I watch porn for two of the three nights.
8. I don’t do this post-Bathmate.
9. I don’t wear a cock-ring.
10. I stroke myself.
