This morning I was not in the mood for a Bathmate session, but I did one anyway. What I mean by mood was I had a hard time becoming erect. While the Bathmate session still provides benefits, and should be done in a semi-flaccid state, I was unable to get great post-Bathmate pictures. Also, not being in the mood will mean that I won’t hit a new PR with the bathmate.
My protocol for better erections:

The best way to get leaner is to track your food. It is hard to understand where you are fucking up at when you don’t track. Here were my meals today
1. 72 gram protein shake after a 45 minute swim (450 cals) 2. Steak, eggs, and rice for lunch. (700 cals?) 3. 3 baked sausages for dinner. (780 cals)
